RECOGNIZING THE SERVICES OF KATHY HORTON
WHEREAS, Kathy Horton has been Librarian Director of the
Muslego Public Library since-3anuary- 1, 1974, and
WHEREAS, through her leadership and creative efforts the
Muskego Public Library has developed into one of the finest
libraries in Waukesha County, and
WHEREAS, through Kathy Horton's efforts the Muskego Public
Library has been able to serve an increasing number of
citizens of the community with the quality of service the
residents of a growing comunity needs, and
WHEREAS, the Common-Council of the City of Muskego wishes
to express its appreciation.for the dedication Kathy Horton
has given.-to her responsibilities,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby recognize the efforts and
accomplishments of its outstanding Library Director Kathy
Horton .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby extend to Kathy Horton its best
wishes in her new endeavors.
