AUTHORIZING THE CITY'S CONSULTING ENGINEERS
TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR NORTH SHORE DRIVE EXTENSIONS
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee of the Common Council
has recommended that sewers be extended on North Shore
Drive in order that they are available to the few remaining
property owners in the area, and
WHEREAS, the Sewer Committee has requested permission to
advertise for bids,
THEREFORE, BE~IT RESOLVED that .the~Common Council-of the
City of Muskego, upon-the recommendation of the Public Sewer
Committee, doe's hereby -authorize the- city's consul.ting
engineers to develop plans and specifications for municipal
sewers on North Shore Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the consulting engineers are
authorized to advertise for bids and make their recommendation
to the Common Council.
