AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN METRO
SANITATION AND PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT (MILL VALLEY)
WHEREAS, the activities at the. Mill Valley Ball Comple’x .have
grown extensively since the installation of lights for night
baseball, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that sanitary facilities be provided
on those evenings, and
WHEREAS., it has been recommended .by the Parks and..Recreation
Board::and~ the F.inance Commi.ttee. ,that. the:-.€ityh enter. ,into. an -
units from May 14 to August 30, 1980, at the cost of $80.00
agreement with..Metro- Sanitation to install two (2) portable
per month per unit.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council, upon the
Recreation Board, does hereby authorize the execution of an
recommendation of the Finance Committee and the Parks and
agreement between the City and Metro Sanitation for the in-
Valley Complex (W191 S6445 Hillendale Drive) at a cost of
stallation of two portable sanitation units at the Mill
$80.00 per month per unit from May 14, 1980 to August 30,
1980.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the agreement is subject to the
approval of the City Attorney.
