AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF USED SOIL SHREDDER
FOR PUBLIC WORKS & PARKS & RECREATION DEPTS
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended the
Cormnon Council purchase a used soil shredder at a cost not
to exceed $15,000 00, and
WHEREAS, the use of a soil shredder by the Public Works Department and the Parks and Recreation Department could
sav.e the city thousands of dollars, and
WHEREAS, the Supt. of Public Works has accepted the soil
shredder in the name of the city at a cost of $12,500.00,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committee, does hereby authorize the Public Works Department
to purchase a used soil shredder in the amount of $12,500.00.
