RESOLUTION #41-80
DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN
CITY OF MUSKEGO
ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF THE .
WHEREAS it is necessary to update the citys zoning district
map and
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the proposed rezoning has
been held, and
WHEREAS!, the. Plan Commissionl ,of ..the,.:City,of Muskego:has
recomrnended~~the-:foll:owing: zon~i.ngi-.chan'ges;:: :-:
1. Remove OIP from old fire department site on
Hy 36, NE 114 Section 25
2. Remove OIP from Hy 36 Wayside, NW 114 Section 35
3. Remove 00s from former beauty shop, NW 114 Section 25
(595 .W13251. Ryaii Drive)
4. Change OIP for V.F.W. on Hy 24 to OHS
5. Extend OIP to include entire Civic Center Site
6. Establish OIP Districts for Parks and Sewer Treatment
plants and lagoons.
7. Remove 00s from former honey farm, W128 S6391 Emerson Dr.
8. Remove 00s from former Southwest Suburban Realty,
S77 W18300 Janesville Road
9. Switch OIP and 00s zoning for Fire Station and
Spitzners on Hy 24.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Attorney is hereby
directed to draft the necessary implementing ordinance that
would amend the zoning district map of the City of Muskego
1. Remove OIP from old fire department site on Hy 36, - NE 114 Section 25
2. Remove OIP from Hy 36 Wayside, NW 114 Sect
3. Remove 00s from former beauty shop, NW 114
