RESOLUTION 838-80
SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR REZONING
REQUEST (M. HEISE - RS-1 to RSM) - 4/8/80 - 7:15 P.M.
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a petition from
Mr. Michael Heise to rezone certain lands from RS-1 to
RSM, and
WHEREAS it is necessary that a public hearing on the
request be held, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission will~not be able to make its
recommendation within the time limits prescribed by
the Zoning Ordinance.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby set the public hearing date
for the Michael Heise rezoning request €or April 8, 1980
at 7:15 P.M.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Comon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby grant to its Plan Commission
an additional 60 days in which to make their recommendation.
