GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME ON REZONING REQUEST

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has
submitted to the Plan Commission a request to rezone
certain lands at the northwest comer of Racine Avenue
and Highway 24 in the SE4, of Section 8 from B-2 to
RS-2, and
WHEREAS, additional time is needed by the Plan Commission
before a recommendation can be made, and
WHEREAS, Section 3.06(D)(2) of the City’s, Zoning Ordinance
provides additional time required by the Plan Commission
can be granted by the Common Council,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby grant the Plan Commission
an additional 60 days to consider the request of David
Cunningham to rezone a parcel of land at the northwest
comer of Racine Avenue and Highway 24 in the SEk of
Section 8 from B-2 to RS-2.
