APPROVAL OF HOLDING TANK AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request from
Tom Ludwig to install a holding tank located on S106 W16440
Muskego Dam Road in the NW 1/4 of Section 34 in the City of
Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Waukesha County Department of Health has advised
the only type of sewage disposal system that can be installed
at this time would be a holding tank, and
WHEREAS, a permit from the State Board of Health is dependent
upon approval from the City of Muskego
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the installation
of a holding tank by Tom Ludwig on the property owned by him e BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said approval is subject to

receipt of a $1,000.00 surety bond.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the holding tank agreement between
Mr. Tom Ludwig and the City of Muskego.
