THE EXERCISE OF SANITARY DISTRICT POWERS
UNDER SECTION 33.21 (4) BY LITTLE MUSKEG0 LAKE
REHABILITATION DISTRICT
a WHEREAS, the Little Muskego Lake Rehabilitation District was
created by the City of Muskego in September, 1974; and
WHEREAS, the said Rehabilitation District has undertaken
a project for the dredging of Little Muskego Lake; and
WHEREAS, the record should be made clear that the Little
Muskego Lake Rehabilitation District has been granted the powers of
a Sanitary District under Section 33.22 (4) by the City of Muskego;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Little Muskego Lake
Rehabilitation District is hereby granted the powers of a
Sanitary District under Sections 60.30, 60.306 and 60.307,
Wisconsin Statutes, and shall have the full power and authority
to exercise those powers in addition to all other powers previously
granted,
