TERMINATING CONDITIONAL USE GRANT FOR
SUN OIL COMPANY
(College Ave. & Martin Dr.)
WHEREAS, Conditional Use Grant 1/51 recorded with the
Register of Deeds for the property at S63 W18551 College
Avenue owned by Sun Oil Company expired on February 18,
1970, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended the Common
Council take the necessary action to terminate the
Conditional Use on said'property; and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has.been held,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED-that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Plan
Commission, does hereby terminate the following Conditional
Use Grant 1/51 for Sun Oil Company, S63 W18551 College Ave..
Muskego, Wisconsin.
