TERMINATING CERTAIN CONDITIONAL USE * GRANTS IN THE CITY
\\'HEREAS the zoning use on several of the properties in the
City of Muskego has been changed and their Conditional Use
status should be removed, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has recommended that the
Common Council take the necessary action to terminate the
Conditional Uses, and
, WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held and,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby terminate the following Conditional
Use Grants:
