RECOGNIZING THE SERVICES OF
DUANE WHITEHOUSE
WHEREAS, Mr. Duane Whitehouse has been the city's Humane
Officer since 1967, and
WHEREAS, he has served in this capacity at a minimal cost
to the city and at a great deal of personal inconvenience
to Mr. Duane Whitehouse, Nancy his wife,and Sons Jeff, Jerry
service to the citizens was over and above that which is normally
