RESOLUTION REGARDING INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BONDS
(Precision Screw Thread Corp.)
WHEREAS, the city has previous encouraged the use of
and
Industrial Revenue Bonds by both existing and new industries,
WHEREAS, the city previously has sold Industrial Revenue
Bonds for Precision Screw Thread Corporation when they
located in the Muskego Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Glenn R. Simpson, President of Precision Screw
Thread Corporation, has requested the city authorize the
sale of an additional $1,000,000.00 Industrial Revenue Bonds
in order that the present building can be expanded and the
additional equipment installed, and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the city to encourage
the expansion of its industrial base,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
with the Directors of Precision Screw Thread Corporation, or
of Muskego does hereby indicate its willingness to cooperate
Simpson Realty Company, in their efforts to expand their
existing plant through the use of Industrial Revenue Bonds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council does also
express its willingness to favorably consider the necessary
initial resolution when submitted.
