SETTING THE PUBLIC HEARING DATE
FOR REZONING REQUEST

WHEREAS a petition has been received from David J. Cunningham
Racine Avenue and Highway 24 in the SE 114 of Section 8
requesting property be rezoned at the northwest corner of
from B-2 to RS-2 and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Chapter 17, Section 3.07 of the
City's municipal code it is necessary to hold a public
hearing on any proposed rezoning in the city,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby set the public hearing date for
rezoning request of David J. Cunningham to rezone the property
at the northwest corner of Racine Avenue and Highway 24 in
the SE 114 of Section 8 from B-2 to RS-2 for March 11, at
7 15 P.M.
