SETTING THE PUBLIC HEARING DATE

FOR REZONING REQUEST
WHEREAS a petition has been received from John D. Huber,
requesting property at 586 W13988 Priegel Dr., (Reef) be rezoned
from WF and R-2 (OLR) (overlay for lake recreation) to
WF and R-2 (OD) (overlay for duplex), to permit the use
of the existing structure as a duplex and,
WHEREAS, in accordance with Chapter 17, Section 3.07 of
the City's municipal code it is necessary to hold a public
hearing on any proposed rezoning in the city,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby set the public hearing date for
rezoning request of John D. Huber to rezone the property
at S86 W13988 Priegel Drive from WF and R-2 (overlay for
March 11, 1980 at 7:OO P.M.

WHEREAS, the Finance Conunittee has recommended that the low bid
of Russ Darrow C-P, Inc. in the amount of $24,859.00 for five
new 1980 model squad cars be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Conunon Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recomendation of the Finance Committee, does
hereby accept the low bid of Russ Darrow C-P, Inc. in the amount
of $24,859.00 for five (5) new 1980 model squad cars.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Comptroller be authorized to
execute the necessary legal documents in the name of the city.
