DENIAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
(Rustic Acres)
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat prepared by William E. Yach
Town of Norway has been submitted to the Common Council,
for a 15-lot subdivision known as Rustic Acres in the
and
WHEREAS, according to Section 3.3 of the Land Division
Ordinance of the City of Muskego, the Plan Commission
and the Common Council must act within 40 days of the
filing of the plat, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended denial of
the plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby deny the preliminary plat of
Acres for the following reasons:
a subdivision in the Tom of Norway known as Rustic
1. The Racine County Planning and Zoning Commission,
and approving agency, has not received an amended
design which would satisfactorily protect flood-
plain in the area.
2. A school impact study has not been submitted.
