APPROVAL OF MAINTENANCE SERVICE CONTRACT
FOR CHECKPOINT SECURITY SYSTEM * ' WHEREAS, on January 24, 1978, the Common Council adopted
Checkpoint Security System for the Library, and
Resolution #14-78 which authorized the purchase of a
WHEREAS, the Librarian has advised the Finance Committee
the warranty on said equipment is about to expire, and
WHEREAS., it has been determined by the Finance Committee
that it would be in the best interest of the city to
continue with maintenance agreement for the system,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize Librarian Kathy Horton to execute
a 3 year maintenance service contract for the Checkpoint
Security System in the Library in the amount of $700.00, subject
to the approval of the City Attorney. m
