PPPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WTTH SCHREIBER &
ASSOC1A.TES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF BLUHM PARK
whereby they will prepare plans and specifications for
WHEREAS, Schreiber & Associates have proposed an agreement
the development of Bluhm Park, and
WHEREAS, the Parks & Recreation Board, as well as the
Finance Committee, have reviewed the proposal agreement and have recommended approval by the Common Council,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City o.f Muskego, upon the -recommendation of the Parks
and Recreation Board and the Finance Committee, does hereby
approve the proposed agreement'between Schreiber &
Associates and the City of Muskego for the development of
Bluhm Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute said agreement in the name of the city, subject
to the approval of the City Attorney's Office
