SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR
AMENDMENTS TO C1TY"S ZONING ORD1,NANCE
WHEREAS the City Plan Commiss.ion has reviewed the Zoning
District Map and has recommended to the common council the
following amendments be made to up-date the map:
1. Remove OIP from old fire department site on Hy. 36,
SE 1/4 Section 25
2. Remove OIP from Hy 36 Wayside, NW 114 Sectjlon 35
3. Remo.ve OOS.from. ~ormer,~.beauty-shop.,-.NW 114 Secti'on ,::;
25 (~S95-Wl3251 Ryan Drive-1
4. Change OIP for pn Hy .24 to OHS
5. Extend OIP to include entire. Ci'ic Center Site
6. Establish OIP Di.stricts: for Parks and Sewer Treatment
plants and lagoons.
7. Remove 00s from former honey farm, W128 S639l Emerson Dr.
8. Remove 00s from forner Southwest Suburban Realty,
S77 W18300 Janesville Rd.
9. Remove OLR and switch OIP and 00s zoning for ,Fi.re
Station and Spitzners on Hy. 24.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Public Hearing for the
aboye amendments to the ci.ty's zoning district map be
set for February 26, 1980 at 7 P 11.
