ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF HAWS FOR THE
USE OF THEIR FACILITIES ON A TRIAL BASIS
WHEREAS, the Public Safety Committee of the Common Council
provided the citizens of the community relating to the
over the past few years has been reviewing the services
picking up and disposal of stray and unwanted animals, and
WHEREAS, the present Humane Officer has tendered his

WHEREAS, the Public Safety Committee has recommended that.
the city accept the offer of HAWS .in order that it can be
unwanted animals adequately serves the citizens of the

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recouunendation of the Public
Safety Committee, does hereby accept the offer of the
Humane Animal Wel-fare Society of Waukesha for the use of
their facilities,without contract, until April, 1980.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the trial period begin as of
February 1, 1980.
