RESOLUTION FOR OUTDOOR RECREATION AIDS
(Outdoor Bike Trail)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego is interested in developing
recreation purposes, and
lands as described in the application for public outdoor
WHEREAS, financial aid is required to carry out the project,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Muskego has budgeted
a sum of $20,000.00 which is available to develope,. and
HEREBY AUTHORIZE.Fred Baewer, Director of Parks and Recreation
Department to act on behalf of the City-of Muskego to
Submit application to the State of Wisconsin, Department of
Natural Resources, for such financial aid as may be available e Sign Documents.
Take necessary action to undertake, direct and complete the
approved project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Muskego will comply
with State and Federal rules for the programs, may perform force
account work, will maintain the completed project in an attractive,
general public during reasonable hours consistent with the type of
inviting and safe manner, keep the facilities open to the
