APPROVAL OF SERVICE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
KEN-COM ENGINEERING AND CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has previously entered into
an agreement with Ken-Com Engineering which provides for the
maintenance of radio equipment for Police Department, Park
and Recreation Department and City Hall-Public Works, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to renew'the contract, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that said
contract be renewed,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that .the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve of the agreement between
Ken-Corn Engineering and the City of Muskego for the maintenance
of radio equipment as follows.
Police Equipment $195.75 per mo.
Fire Equipment $ 16.00 per mo.
Local Government & Pub. Works $ 81.67 per mo.
Park & Recreation $ 20.82 per mo.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the contract in the name of the city.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to
increase the cost of maintenance for each department as
additional equipment is ordered and parts warranty by
manufacturer expires.
