AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL OF CONTRACT BETWEEN
ASSOCIATED HOSPITAL SERVICES AND THE CITY OF
MUSKEG0 FOR THE YEAR 1980
0 WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has been under contract with
Associated Hospital Services to provide Blue Cross - Blue
Shield to employees of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, m the Finance Committee has recommended that the City
of Muskego renew their contract with Associated Hospital
Ser-vices-; Inc:.. to 'cover- employees for the year 1980.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the contract in the name of the city.
