AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF EASEMENT FOR SEWER
I CONNECTION ON NORTH SHORE DRIVE
(H. Baas Property) a
WHEREAS, an easement is needed in order that the Harold
Baas property can be connected to the city's municipal
sewers, and
WHEREAS, the easement would cross Lots 118 and 119 of
Lake Meadows Subdivision,.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVd-'that the Common Council of the"
City of Muskego, upon the recouunendation of the Public
Sewer Committee, does^ her.eby authori.ze t-he Mayor~-to -
execute an easement across Lots -118 and 119 of Lake
Meadows Sub'division for. the purpose of providing municipal
sewers to the Harold Baas property.
