WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has
been petitioned for legal lot status of a lot located
in Block 1, Lot 1 in Ladwig's Grove in the SE 1/$ of
Section 10, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval
of the request,
