AUTHORIZING THE BORROWING OF MONEY TO BIG MUSKEGO
LAKE-BASS BAY PROTECTION 6: REHABILITATION DIST.
WHEREAS, the Big Muskego Lake - Bass Bay Protection and
Rehabilitation District has received a grant to help
offset the cost of a feasibility study, and
WHEREAS, the feasibility study has been authorized by
the district and funds provided through a special
assessment ,. and ~
WHEREAS ,.-temporary:.funas are necessaq:-.to pay.^ for the- -
feasibi-l-ity~: study unt.~.l~.State=funds become::avai.lable_ and
assessments- are-paid, and
WHEREAS-, sufficient ~funds. are--available from. -the city
to make the temporary loan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cormnon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby agree to borrow $10,000.00
to the Big Muskego Lake-Bass Bay Protection and Rehab-
ilitation District"for a period not to exceed~l2 months
at an interest of 8 per cent. A
