APPROVAL OF HOLDING TANK AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request from
Arthur Zangerle to install a holding tank located on
Janesville Rd. in the SWk of Section 18 in the City of
Muskego, and
WHEREAS, a permit from the State Board of Health is
the Waukesha County Board of Health and further that a
dependent upon approval from the City of Muskego and
deposit of $1,000.00 has been made with the rules and
regulations of the State Board of Health, and
WHEREAS, the Waukesha County Health Board has approved of
the installation of said holding tank,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the installation
of a holding tank by Arthur Zangerle on the property
owned by him on Janesville Road in the SWk of Section 18.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the standard performance bond and
holding tank agreement in connection herewith.
