RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROJECT PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENTAL ,DISTRICT NUMBER Seven
City OF Mus keg0 , WISCONSIN w By the Common Council of the City of Muskego
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 66.46 of the Wisconsin Statutes, the City of
Muskego has created Tax Incremental District Number Seven, ci tY of Muskego , and
WHEREAS, the Common Council
and adopted a project plan for Tax Incremental District Number Seven , which:
Planning Conunission has prepared
1. Includes a statement listing the kind, number and location of all
proposed public works .or improvements within such district;.^ -
2. Xontains an economic^ feasibi.li.ty .study.;--
3. :Contains a detailed list -of estimated project costs;. -

-- - .~ 4. ‘Contains a descr.iption of the methods .of f-inancing :all -.estimated-~
project costs and the time when such costs or monetary obligations
related thereto are to be incurred;
a 5. Includes a map showing existing uses and conditions of real
property in such district;
1 6. Includes a map showing proposed improvements and uses therein;
7. Shows proposed changes of:
a. Zoning ordinances
b. Master olan
c. Map
d. Building codes - e. Ci+ ordinances ”1’
8. Contains a list of estimated nonproject costs;
9. Contains a statement of a proposed method for the relocation of any
person to be displaced, and
I WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing and has notified
the chief executive officers of all local government entities having the power
to levy taxes on property within the district, including the school board of any
school district which includes property within the district pursuant to Section
66.46(4)(e), Wisconsin Statutes, and

. .f - NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Cayncll of the
City of Muskeqo finds that:
1. Such project plan for Tax Incremental District Number Sevela
City of Muskego is feasible, and e 2. Such project plan is in conformity with the master plan of the
City of Muskeqo
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego approves such project plan for Tax Incremental District
Number pursuant to the provisions of Section 66-46, Wisconsin
Statutes.
