RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROJECT PLAN FOR
TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT NUMBER Six
City OF Muskego , WISCONSIN
*By the Common Council of the City of Muskego
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 66.46 of the Glisconsin Statutes, the Ci'ty of Muskego has created Tax Incremental District Number Six ,
L1 tY of Mus kego , and
WHEREAS, the ci tY Of Muskego Planning Comission has prepared
and adopted a project plan for Tax Incremental District Number Six , which:
1. Includes a statement listing the kind, number and location .of all
proposed public works or improvements within such district;
2. Contains an economic.feasibi.1i.ty study;
". . -~ 3. .Contains a~detailed list of estimated project costs; <
4. .Contains a .description of the methods of financing all-estimated-
project costs and the time when such costs or monetary obligations
related thereto are to be incurred; - - B

a 5. Includes a map showing existing uses and conditions of real
property in such district;
6. Includes a map showing proposed improvements and uses therein;
7. Shows proposed changes of:
a. Zoning ordinances
b. Master plan
c. Map
d. Buildinq codes
e. City ordinances
8. Contains a list of estimated nonproject costs;
9. Contains a statement of a proposed method for the relocation of any

person to be displaced; and
LIHEREAS, the Planning Commission. has held a public' hearing and has notified
the chief executive officers of all local Sovernment entities having the power
to levy taxes on property within the district, including the school board of any
school distritt which includes property within the district pursuant to Section 6 6.46(4)(e), Wisconsin Statutes, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego approves such project plan for Tax Incremental District
Number , six pursuant to the provisions of Section 66.46, Wisconsin
Statutes.
