RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROJECT PLAN FOR TAX INCREI4ENTAL DISTRICT EIUNBER Five
City OF Muskego , WISCONSIN
By the Common Council of the . City of Mus keg0
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 66.46 of the Wisconsin Statutes, the City of Muskego has created Tax Incremental District NumberFive ,
c1 tY of Muskego , and
MHEREAS, the city of Muskego Planning Comnission has prepared
and adopted a project plan for Tax Incremental District Number Five. , which:
1. Includes a statement listing the kind, number and location of all
proposed-.pub1 ic works or improvements within such -dis trict;
2. :;Contains :an economic.feasibi1.ity study;
3. Contains' a detailed list of estimated project costs;
4. '.Contains a description of the methods of financing all estimated
project costs and the time when such costs or monetary obligations
related thereto are to be incurred;
5. Includes a map showing existing uses and conditions of real
property in such district;
6. Includes a map showing proposed improvements and uses therein;
7. Shows proposed changes of:
a. Zoning ordinances
b. Master plan
c. Map
d. Buildins codes
e. City ordinances -
8. .Contains a list of estimated nonproject costs;
9. Contains a statement of a proposed method for the relocation of any
person to be displaced, and
ItIHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing and has notified
the chief executive officers of all local government entities having the power
to levy taxes on property within the district, including the school board of any
school district which includes property within the district pursuant to Section
66.46(4)(e), Wisconsin Statutes, and
