RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROJECT PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT NUHBER nrep * City OF Muskego , WISCONSIN
By the Common Council of the City of Muskego
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 66.46 of the Wisconsin Statutes, the City of' ,Muskego has created Tax Incremental District Number ThePe,
c1 tY of Muskego , and

WHEREAS, the city of Muskego Planning Cormnission has prepared
and adopted a project plan for Tax Incremental District Number ThreE , which:
1. Includes a statement listing the kind, number and location of all
proposed public works or improvements within such district;
2. Contains an economic feasibi-1.ity study;
3. .Contains .a-.detailed list of estimated rproject.;costs.; .
4. contains a description of the methods of financing all estimated
project costs and the time when such costs or monetary obligations
related thereto are to be incurred; -
5. Includes a map showing existing uses and conditions of real
property in such district;
6. Includes a map showing proposed improvements and uses therein;
7. Shows proposed changes of:
a. 2,oning ordinances
b. Master plan
c. Map
d. Building codes
e. City ordinances
8. .Contains a list of estimated nonproject costs;
9. Contains a statement of a proposed method for the relocation of any
person to be displaced; and
ldHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing and has notified
the chief executive officers of all local government entities having the porJer
to levy taxes on property within the district, including the school board of any
school district which includes property within the district pursuant to Section
'66.46(5)(e), Wisconsin Statutes, and

NON, THEREFORE, BE IT BESOLVED that the Common cou '1

2. Such project plan is in conformity with the master plan of the City of Muskeqo
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego approves such project plan for Tax Incremental District
Number Thrpp pursuant to the provisions of Section 66.46, Wisconsin
Statutes.
