RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROJECT PLAN FOR
TAX lNCREMENTAL DISTRICT EIUNBER _a~e
City OF Muskego , WISCONSIN e BY the Common Council of the . City of Muskego
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 66.46 of the Wisconsin Statutes, the City Of Muskego has created Tax Incremental District Number ~"-6 ,

WHEREAS, the city of Muskego Planning Comission has prepared
and adopted a project plan for Tax Incremental District Number One-. , which:

Includes a statement listing the kind, number and location of all
proposed public works or improvements within such district;
Contains an economic feasibility study;.'
Contains a detai-led list of estimated project costs;
Contains a description of _the methods of financing all estimated
project costs and Ghe~time when such costs or monetary obligations
related thereto are to be incurred;
Includes a map showing existing uses and conditions of real
property in such district;
Includes a map showing proposed improvements and uses therein;

Shows proposed changes of:
a. Zoning ordinances
b. Master plan
c. Map
d. Building codes
e. City ordinances
Contains a list of estimat .ed nonproject costs;
Contains a statement of a proposed method for the relocation of any
person to be displaced; and
I.IHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing and has notified
the chief executive officers of all local government entities having the power
to levy taxes on property within the district, including the school board of any
66.46(4)(e), Wisconsin Statutes, and

WHEREAS, the . City of Muskeqo Planning Commission
has submitted such project plan to the Common Council of the City
of Muskego

NOl.1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskeqo finds that:
1. Such project plan for Tax Incremental District Number :&, ,
City of Muskeqo is feasible, and
2. Such project plan is in conformity with the master plan of the
City of Muskeqo
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego approves such project plan for Tax Incremental District Number nnp ~ pursuant to the provisions of Section 66:46, blisconsin
Statutes.
