APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF MELVIN J. JOHNSON
SUBDIVISION (Town of Norway) -~
a WHEREAS, the city has received a request for approval for
the final plat for a subdivision in the Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, it is within the three-mile limit of the City of Muskego
and therefore falls under the extra-territorial powers of the
city, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the Common
Council approval of the final. plat-subject to the receipt of
an acceptable school impact study,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the final plat of a proposed subdivision
known as Melvin J. Johnson Subdivision located in the Town of
Norway, subject to the receipt of an acceptable school impact e study.
