APPROVAL OF ASSESSOR'S PLAT

WHEREAS, on the 24th day of July, 1979, the Common Council
adopted Resolution #150-79 entitled, Resolution for Assessor's
Plat - The Ridges, and
WHEREAS, a Class I11 notice has been published on October
llth, 18th and 25th, 1979 and the 30 days for objections
have passed, and
WHEREAS, - the Assessor's. Plat has been approved .by the
Department-of Local Affairs and development^,-and
WHEREAS, the.-Plan Commission has recommended approval,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego. uuon the recommendation of the Plan Commission.

does hereby approve of the Assessor's Plat of the Ridges
Subdivision.
