AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF EASEMENT
FOR SEWER PURPOSES (H. Baas)
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Sewer Committee
that the most feasible way to serve the Harold Baas
property on North Shore Drive is through an easement
which would be located on Lot 8179 of Lake Meadows
Subdivision, and
WHEREAS.;..Mr.. :Stanley';Potrykus., developer of Lake Meadows
Sub-division,;.-has agreed~ to provide, the_necessary easement.^;
THEREFOREj BE IT RESOLVED that .the Comon Council of the
City-of Muskego, upon the~recommendation of the.~Sewer .
execute an easement across Lot #179, Lake Meadows, Sub-.
Committee, does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk to
division, for the purpose of providing sewers to the
Harold Baas property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
a review of the easement by the city attorney.
