DENIAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Oak Meadow Estates
WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by Stanley J. Potrykus
dated October 23, 1979 for Oak Meadow Estates an 89 lot
subdivision of the Haut property in the NW 114 Section 31,
and
WHEREAS according to Section 3.3 of the Land Division
Ordinance of the City of Muskego, the Plan Commission
and the Common Council must act within 40 days of the
filing of the plat, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has recommended denial of the
Plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby deny the preliminary plat of Oak Meadow Estates
for the following reasons.
