ACCEPTANCE OF LOW QUOTE FOR NEW TRACTOR
FOR HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT 0

WHEREAS, the 1979 Public Works Capital Budget provides for
the purchase of a new tractor for the Highway Department, and
WHEREAS, the following quotes for said equipment have been submitted
by the Supt. of Public Works,
Milwaukee Ford Tractor, Inc. $8,935.00
R. A. Mayer Equipment $10,275.00
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the low
quote of Milwaukee Ford Tractor, Inc. in the amount of $8,935.00
be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the quote of Milwaukee Ford
Tractor, Inc. for a Model 4600 tractor in the amount of
$8,935.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the name
of the City.
