AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF EASEMENT FOR
MUNICIPAL SEWER PURPOSES

WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that

lands lying east and adjacent to North Shore Drive be
developer of Lake Meadows Addition #l, and
WHEREAS, the easement will be prepared by the developer of Lake Meadows Addition #l,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council, upon
hereby approve of the use of an easement in Lake Meadows
the recommendation of the Public Sewer Committee, does
Addition #1 to provide sewers for those lands lying on
the east side and adjacent to North Shore Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the name
of the city after review and approval by the City Attorney
