ESTABLISHING SEWER SERVICE CHARGE FEE FOR
TAKE DENOON SEWER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, sewers in the Denoon District are now available,
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that a sewer service charge be
established, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Cormnittee has recommended that
those residents living in the Denoon Sewer District and
who are served through the Town of Norway Sewer District's
treatment plant be charged a sewer service fee of $96.00
per year,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public
charge of $96.00 per year for those residents using sewers
Sewer Committee, does hereby established a sewer service
in the Lake Denoon Sewer District.
