DENIAL OF OFFER TO PURCHASE A PORTION
OF FORMER LASSA LOT
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received an offer to
purchase from Mr. Michael Nowitzke for a portion of
the former Lassa property, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has sent the matter to
the Common Council without recommendation,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby reject the offer to purchase
a portion of the former Lassa property from Mr. Michael
Nowitzke in the amount of $2,000.00.
