AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF $1,000.00 FOR EASEMENTS
NEEDED FOR TESS CORNERS DRAINAGE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego is planning a major storm sewer
project in the Tess Corners area in order that potential
flooding can be alleviated, and
which have been negotiated by the Public Works Committee,
WHEREAS, part of the project requires severalI.10' easements
and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that
the easements needed from each property owner be purchased
for $1,000.00,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the recommendation of
the Public Works Committee whereby they will pay $1,000.00
to each property owner along the east boundary of Glenbrook
Subdivision where an easement is necessary.
