AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO PREPARE THE
NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO MAKE BERGER LANE A
PUBLIC STREET
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee of the Common Council
has been requested by residents living on Berger Lane to
declare it a public street, and
when considering divisions of land in the area, required
