ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR MARTIN DRIVE
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Common Council adopted Resolution 1\89-79
which authorized the city's consulting engineers to
revise the design and specifications and to advertise
for bids for the Martin Drive Reconstruction Project,
and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received:
W. K. Fredricks & Son, Inc. $108,801.00
Wolf Construction Co., Inc. 99,193.00
and
WHEREAS, the bids received have been reviewed by the
city's engineers and the Public Works Committee and
they have recommended the low bid of Wolf Construction Co.,
Inc. in the-amount of $99,193.00 be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public
Works Committee and the city's consulting engineers, does
hereby accept the low bid of Wolf Construction Co., Inc.
in the amount of $99,193.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary documer)Fs in the name of the city.
