ESTABLISHMENT OF POLICY REGARDING EXTENSION
OF SANITARY SEWERS
Lake Denoon Area
WHEREAS, sewers are now available to the residents living
within a prescribed area in the Lake Denoon area, and
WHEREAS, the limits of the area to be sewereddtee established
by an agreement between the Town of Norway Sewer District
and the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego, through its Public Sewer
Cormnittee, has been attempting to change the district
boundaries in order that they can conform with the recent
change in zoning boundaries, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the question of boundary limits
be answered prior to the approval of any new development in
the area, and
WHEREAS, the Sewer Cormnittee has recommended to the Common
plat will be considered until the question of whether or not
Council that they establish a policy whereby no preliminary
district boundaries can be changed has been answered,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon.the recomnendation of the Public Sewer
Committee, does hereby establish a policy that no preliminary
plat will be considered by them until all efforts to change
the district-boundaries to conform to the RS-2 zoning in the
area have been exhausted or until July 1, 1980, whichever
comes first .
