RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXCHANGE OF PROPERTY
BETWEEN CITY OF MUSKEG0 AND WILLIAM RETZLAFF
WHEREAS, on the 26th day of June, 1979, upon the recommendation
of the Plan Commission, the Common Council approved a certified
survey map for a four-parcel division of the William A.
Retzlaff property, and
WHEREAS, at the time the Plan Comission was considering the
division they required an exchange of property between the
city and Mr. Retzlaff.in order that East Shore Drive can
more adequately serve the area, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary:that the city quit claim to Mr.
Retzlaff that portion of the road owned by the city which
was involved in the exchange,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that-the Common Council-of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the .exchange of property :
between the City ..of-Muskego- and "r: Will-iam-Retzlaff as shown
on t-he certified.survey map approved ;b.y- the.-.Comion:XouriciL:
on June 26, 1979.~
BE IT FURTHER~RESOLVED..that the Mayor and City Clerk are
property owned by the.-city and-involved in the exchange--can
authorized to execute a quit claim deed in order that .the .=.
be conveved to Mr. William Retzlaff.
