APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
e WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a three parcel division of the
Frank Nolting property located on Woods Road in Section
12, and
WHEREAS, the certified survey map has been recommended
for approval by the City Plan Commission,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon recommendation of the City Plan
Commission, does hereby approve of the certified survey
map for a three parcel division of the Frank Nolting
property on Woods Road in Section 12,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the city engineer, e BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the understanding that the deferred sewer assessment in
the amount of $29,792.01 plus interest is paid immediately
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a fee of $200.00 for each
parcel created shall be submitted to the City of Muskego
in lieu of park dedication.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that khe approval is subject to the
developers providing additional necessary easements on Parcel #3.
