APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Eugene Kraklow) .
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Eugene Kraklow property located on Tans Drive in Section 5,
Common Council to finalize a one parcel division of the
and,
WHEREAS, the certified survey map has been recommended
for' approval by the City Plan Commission,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED .that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Plan
map for a one parcel division of the Eugene Kraklow property
Commission, does hereby approve of the .certified survey
on Tans Drive in Section 5.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the city engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a fee of $200.00 for each.
parcel created shal-lLbe submitted to the City of Muskego
in lieu of park dedication.
