DENIAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Rustic Acres
WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by Johnson, Averill and
Associates dated May 7, 1979 for Rustic Acres, in the Town
of Norway, and
WHEREAS according to Section 3.3 of the Land Division
Ordinance of the City of Muskego, the Plan Commission
and the Common Council must act within 40 days of the
filing of the plat, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has recommended denial of the
Plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT.RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby deny the preliminary plat of Rustic Acres for the
following reasons:
1. The Racine County Planning and Zoning Commission
has objections to the plat.
2. A revised plat is contemplated.
