APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Stephens)
WHEREAS a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a two parcel division of the
Stephens property located on Hillendale Drive in Section
5, and
WHEREAS, the certified survey map has been recommended
for approval by the City Plan Commission,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego upon recommendation of the City Plan
Commission, does hereby approve of the certified survey map
on Hillendale Drive in Section 5, subject to the condition
for a two parcel division of the Arthur Stephens property
until sewer service is available in that area.
that no dwelling would be constructed on the vacant parcel
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the city engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a fee of $200.00 for the vacant
parcel shall be submitted to the City of Muskego in lieu
of park dedication.
