APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF WAUBEESEE
LAKE ESTATES
(Town of Norway) a
WHEREAS, the city has received a request for the approval of
as Waubeesee Lake Estates, and
a final plat for a subdivision in the Town of Norway known
WHEREAS, it is within the three mile limit of the City of
Muskego and therefore falls .underthe extra-territorial -
powers -oI? the city, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Comission has recommended to the Common
Council approval of the final plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comnon Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Plan
proposed subdivision in the Town of Norway known as Waubeesee
Lake Estates.
